I don’t have a computer, can I still have lessons with Cyber Seniors Computer Training?
Yes, you can. Cyber Seniors Computer Training will come to you and provide a laptop computer for you to use for the duration of your sessions. Alternatively there is a desktop computer set up at the office in Narre Warren South, Victoria which is used for student sessions.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, Direct Deposit, Cheque, and Australia Post Money Order.

Are there notes or manuals available to assist in the learning experience?
Yes, notes are provided during the sessions, depending on the subject. Student Manuals are being written and we hope to have them available soon.

Can Cyber Seniors Computer Training help me with other technological items as well as computers?
Absolutely! There are many new technological devices which interact with computers and which you can learn through Cyber Seniors Computer Training. Web Cameras, Digital Cameras, Mobile Phones, iPads and iPods, External Hard Drives, USB Memory Sticks, Printers, Scanners, and VoIP telephone systems. In addition to these items, if you require assistance with Getting Digital TV Ready, Digital Radios, and/or other technological devices Cyber Seniors Computer Training can help you.

Do I have to book a whole course?
Not at all. Cyber Seniors Computer Training provides a service that is completely flexible. Your trainer will discuss with you the topics for your chosen subject and throughout your sessions you have complete control; to speed up, slow down and even skip over topics as you so desire. Your training is delivered at your own pace. In fact, it is common for students to book Q&A sessions rather than a full course.

I’m not a senior, can I still make a booking for Computer Training?
You don’t have to be a senior to train with us; you might just prefer the self paced learning experience and one on one attention that Cyber Seniors Computer Training provides. While most of our students are over 50, many are not.
The great thing about training with Cyber Seniors Computer Training is that our trainers adapt to your learning style and your pace.
